Drunk or not, this referee is having the time of his life

Is he drunk or just having a good time? This referee may or may not have taken the term "beer league" to heart in an epic performance.

A YouTube video has surfaced showing a referee appearing to have whale of a time calling a game. Did he pay tribute to beer leagues everywhere by downing a cold one or 10 before puck drop? You could see why people would get that impression. Busting out figure skating moves and pretending to be an airplane as he waves off icing are highlights:

Whether he's wasted, just doing an amazing impression of Charlie from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia or challenged in the balance department, my hat's off to this guy. Would love to know what the players thought of his calls, though.
