I think Evgeni Malkin is a shoo-in for the Hart trophy as league MVP.

What could make you more valuable than taking Sid the Kid's place when he goes down with an injury?

Malkin has played very well in place of Crosby and has put the Pens in the Atlantic division title race for the first time in a long time.

When Crosby gets back everything will be in order, thanks to Malkin.
