Regehr is nursing a knee injury and will sit out Game 4 on Thursday night. The big defenceman also missed Game 3 after aggravating the injury in Detroit last weekend.

Flames coach Jim Playfair had hoped to have Regehr back in the lineup for Game 4, but the defenceman was unable to participate in the morning skate.

Calgary trails the series 2-1.
