Irving earns first shutout of season in Abbotsford's 2-0 win over Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE - Leland Irving turned aside 25 shots for his first shutout of the season as the Abbotsford Heat downed the Milwaukee Admirals 2-0 in AHL action Wednesday.

Kris Chucko scored midway through the first period while Carsen Germyn added a third-period insurance goal for the Heat (5-4-3).

Mark Dekanich made 18 saves in defeat for the Admirals (3-4-1).
