Legace, Fedotenko, Price named NHL's three stars of the week

NEW YORK - St. Louis Blues goaltender Manny Legace was named the NHL's first star of the week Monday after recording a 3-0-1 record.

Legace had a 1.49 goals-against average and .954 save percentage last week. New York Islanders winger Ruslan Fedotenko was given the second star while Montreal Canadiens goaltender Carey Price was named third star.

Fedotenko had five points (4-1) as the Islanders recorded three victories. Two of his goals were game winners.

Price went 3-0-0 with a 1.32 goals-against average, .963 save percentage and one shutout.
