Loic Lacasse makes 28 saves as Bulldogs shutout Monsters 4-0

HAMILTON - Loic Lacasse stopped 28 shots for his second shutout of the season as the Hamilton Bulldogs beat the Lake Erie Monsters 4-0 in AHL action Friday.

After a scoreless first period, Bulldogs forward Ben Maxwell put the puck past Monsters goalie Tyler Weiman to kick off three-straight Hamilton goals in the second.

Alex Henry and Yanick Lehoux also scored in the second period, and Mathieu Aubin added one more in the third as the Bulldogs improved to 25-14-2-0.

Weiman made 24 saves and the Monsters dropped to 15-19-1-5.
