Make HHOF voting results public

It was widely acknowledged that Glenn Anderson was the best player not inducted into the Hockey Hall Of Fame. Finally the voting committee wised up and he'll be inducted in November.

With all of the criticism the Hall has faced lately – due to certain inductions and omissions - shouldn't the HHOF voting be opened up to more voters and the results published, like Major League Baseball where 75 percent of the vote warrants induction.

Take the mystery out of the induction process. We just know who's in, who's not. We never find out how close someone was to getting the nod and the induction committee comes off as a clique.

A little transparency never hurt and it might silence some of those, like me, who question the legitimacy of the Hockey Hall of Fame.
