Missing Koivu already

Publish date:

It is truly the end of an era in Montreal. Saku Koivu was one of the best captains in team history.

So what if he never scored 100 points. So what if he never led them to a Stanley Cup. Koivu always showed outstanding leadership, poise and dedication.

It is going to be really hard to see the "C" on someone else's jersey next year and even harder to see Saku in the jersey of another team.

Thanks for the memories, Saku.
