NHL Awards craps out in Vegas

Folding chairs. Boos from the audience. Performances that didn't hit the “jackpot.”

The 2009 NHL Awards was not an award ceremony to remember. There were empty seats, but it's probably because a seat cost $500.

The musical selections did not entertain. Why didn't they ask Hilary Duff to perform since she is dating Mike Comrie?

Las Vegas is not the proper location for the awards. It should've been in Montreal.

It didn't have as much class as it did when the ceremony was in Toronto.

The NHL rolled snake eyes on this awards ceremony.

This is one situation where what happens in Vegas, shouldn't stay in Vegas!

Hopefully the NHL can get a refund on their deposit for next year.
