Olvecky, Pickard help Milwaukee Admirals edge Hamilton Bulldogs 3-2

HAMILTON, Ont. - Peter Olvecky had a goal and an assist and Chet Pickard made 31 saves as the Milwaukee Admirals edged the Hamilton Bulldogs 3-2 in AHL action Tuesday night.

Colin Wilson and Nolan Yonkman also had goals for Milwaukee, which scored three consecutive goals in the third period to rally back from down 1-0. Mathieu Darche and David Desharnais had markers for Hamilton, which failed to convert on four power play chances.

Curtis Sanford stopped 14 of the 17 shots he faced for the Bulldogs (16-7-5).

The Admirals are second in the West Division at 15-8-5.
