OTTAWA (Ticker) -- The Washington Capitals will have superstar

Alex Ovechkin back Tuesday when they visit the Ottawa Senators.

The reigning Art Ross, Maurice Richard and Hart Trophy winner,

Ovechkin missed the last two games as he visited his ailing

grandfather in Russia.

Washington went 1-1 in his absence and is coming off a 5-0

setback at Buffalo on Saturday.

Ovechkin has only recorded two goals and three assists through

his first eight games this season, but the left wing should love

to see the Senators.

The 23-year-old Ovechkin had six goals and four assists in four

contests against Ottawa last season.

Ottawa is returning home after a 2-1-1 road trip. The Senators

lost in a shootout, 3-2, at Tampa Bay on Saturday.

Dany Heatley leads the Senators with seven goals and 13 points

this season. The left wing has scored in three straight games.

The Capitals swept the four games against the Senators last

season, totaling 22 goals in the victories.
