Predators acquire Bochenski from Ducks and Hlavac from Lightning

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Nashville Predators picked up a pair of forwards before Tuesday's NHL trade deadline, acquiring Brandon Bochenski from Anaheim for future considerations and Jan Hlavac from Tampa Bay for a seventh-round pick in the 2008 entry draft.

Hlavac, 31, has 22 points (9-13) in 62 games this season. He signed with the Lightning as a free agent last June after playing three seasons in Europe. In 418 career NHL games, Hlavac has recorded 211 points (87-124).

Bochenski, 25, has 10 points (2-8) in 32 games this season with the Ducks and Boston Bruins. He has 51 points (23-28) in 113 career NHL games.
