What does it take? Tampa Bay’s Vaclav Prospal was left off the All-Star ballot while his teammate, Brad Richards, was included even though he has fewer goals, points and is a minus-10.

Not only that, but Prospal was left off The Hockey News’ “early surprises of 2007-2008” feature as well.

So far this season, Prospal has scored 11 goals to lead the Lightning along with 21 points.

When is this guy going to get respect from the hockey community?
