Providence's Curry named AHL player of the week

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - Providence Bruins defenceman Sean Curry is the American Hockey League's player of the week.

Curry scored four goals with two assists and a plus-5 rating as the Bruins swept a four-game week to remain atop the AHL's overall standings.
