Flyers left winger Daniel Carcillo will meet with league officials at 3 p.m. EST Thursday to discuss an incident that took place in Game 1 against Pittsburgh, Canadian sports network TSN is reporting.

While Carcillo, who had 254 penalty minutes with the Flyers and Coyotes this season, was not assessed a penalty during the game, the incident is thought to involve the Pens’ Maxime Talbot.

Carcillo was suspended for two games earlier this season for throwing punches from the bench at the Blackhawks Ben Eager.
