Send tied teams to playoff primer

The NHL needs to start having tiebreaker games at the end of the season.

When two teams are deadlocked at a certain amount of points, it's not fair to just go with the team that has the most wins or goals. Both teams earned those points and they should let them fight for position in an extra game. It would also add a little bit of an edge before the playoffs.

This will also give low scoring teams a better shot at the post-season and it will show which teams show up under pressure.
