Coming out of the all-star break the Los Angeles Kings are just two points behind the San Jose Sharks with 32 games to play and are well positioned to compete for top spot in the Pacific Division.

One of the main reasons they find themselves here is the strong play of 26-year-old netminder Jonathan Quick. The Milford, Conn., native is putting up phenomenal numbers for the Kings this year. He has a save percentage of .934 and a goals-against-average of 1.93, which are both career bests for the 2005 third round pick. THN.com’s Ryan Kennedy caught up with Quick during all-star weekend in Ottawa.
