Howry signs with Diamondbacks

Bobby Howry's one-year, deal with the Arizona Diamondbacks will be completed today once he passes a physical, SI.com has learned.

According to an MLB.com report, the contract is worth $2.25 million.

Howry has pitched for five other teams in his 12-year major league career, including a one-year stint with the Giants in 2009. Howry went 2-6 with a 3.39 ERA in 63 games for San Francsico, with 46 strikeouts and 23 walks in 63 2/3 innings.
