Braun leaves game because of tightness in side

ATLANTA (AP) Milwaukee's Ryan Braun left the game against the Atlanta Braves because of tightness in his right side Thursday night.

The Brewers' slugger grounded out in his first two at-bats. He was replaced in the fifth by pinch-hitter Elian Herrera, who stayed in the game in right field.

Braun is hitting .289 with seven homers and 19 RBIs.
