Stephen Strasburg, Nationals (@ Braves) — Strasburg has struggled this year and in his career against the Braves, but he pitched well against them his last time out, allowing three runs and striking out eight in seven innings. He has allowed just five runs and fanned 21 batters in his last 19 2/3 innings, a stretch covering three starts. Strasburg should be able to rack up the strikeouts against an Atlanta team that has a 22.4-percent strikeout rate this season.

Jose Abreu, White Sox (@ Royals, James Shields) — Abreu is coming off a huge weekend series against the Twins in which he went 6-for-10 with two homers, two doubles and three RBI. He has eight at-bats against Shields, knocking out two doubles and also drawing two walks. He's on a six-game hitting streak, and we've seen what Abreu can do when he gets hot like this.

Michael Brantley, Indians (@ Astros, Collin McHugh) — Brantley has been hot over the last week or so, going 9-for-21 with a homer and five RBI in his last five games. He's slashing a ridiculous .340/.389/.531 with 14 homers, 28 doubles and 66 RBI against righties this year.
