NEW YORK (AP) Philadelphia Phillies minor league right-hander Shane Watson has been suspended for 50 games without pay after a second positive test for a drug of abuse under baseball's minor league drug program.

The suspension of Watson, who is on the roster of the Class A Lakewood BlueClaws of the South Atlantic League, will be effective at the start of the 2015 South Atlantic League season.
