Braves’ Matt Wisler loses no-hitter in seventh inning

Braves righthander Matt Wisler took a no-hitter against the Diamondbacks into the seventh inning on Thursday night in Arizona.

Diamondbacks first baseman Paul Goldschmidt broke up Wisler’s effort with a leadoff single in the seventh, with Atlanta leading 3–0.

The 23-year-old Wisler entered the night with a 4–11 record and 4.92 ERA in 21 starts.
