Prior to Friday's contest with the Seattle Mariners, the Houston Astros announced the signings of eight 2022 Major League Baseball Draft selections — third-rounder Michael Knorr, fourth-rounder Trey Dombroski, fifth-rounder Nolan DeVos, sixth-rounder Collin Price, seventh-rounder A.J. Blubaugh, eighth-rounder Tyler Guilfoil, 10th-rounder Zach Cole Jr. and 13th-rounder Jackson Loftin.

Jim Callis of MLB Pipeline reported signing bonuses of four Astros' Draft picks. Supplementary second-round pick Andrew Taylor signed for a full-slot value of $807,200, Dombroski signed for a full-slot value of $443,900, DeVos signed for an under-slot deal of $197,500 and 12th-rounder Zach DeZenzo signed for $125,000. 

The deadline to sign Draft selections is Aug. 1.
