It's been four years since the Toronto Blue Jays sent more than one player to the MLB All-Star game, but this year that should certainly change.

Major League Baseball opened fan voting for the 2021 All-Star game Thursday afternoon and the Blue Jays should have a bunch of players in the mix for the honor.

Vladimir Guerrero Jr. is a shoo-in for the American League's first baseman spot. He's leading the Majors in OPS, slugging, on-base percentage, and home runs. He should be joined by Marcus Semien who is leading all second baseman in OPS, home runs, runs, and RBIs.

Teoscar Hernandez is a bit of a long-shot at this point to make the squad. After an all-star worthy 2020 campaign, he struggled out of the gate and missed time due to COVID-19. Since then, however, he's been hitting .322 with a .921 OPS and seven home runs. He has a chance, especially with Mike Trout and Byron Buxton sidelined with injuries, but he'll have to stay hot for the rest of the month to stay in the conversation.

Phase 1 of fan voting will be open from June 3 through June 24. Fans can vote up to five times per day.

Phase 2 of all-star voting will be solely for all-star game starters and run from June 28 to June 1.
