Dodgers News: Gavin Lux Exits Monday’s Game Early With Apparent Significant Injury

The last thing we want to see in a spring training game

The Dodgers are playing in their third spring training game against the San Diego Padres, and things are not looking good for the Boys in Blue. Dodgers infielder Gavin Lux exited Monday's game after suffering an apparent leg injury while heading to third base.

Here's a video of the play:

Lux seemed to suffer his injury on a non-contact play, which is never a good sign. In the video, Lux was holding his right knee and was carted out of the field.

On his run to third, Lux fell awkwardly while having seemed to have twisted his right ankle in the process.

It's too early to tell what exactly happened to Lux, but in didn't look very good in the moment.

We're hoping for the best with Lux, and will provide an update on him when we get one.
