I just like the Red Sox. Maybe it's because I bought one of their hats years ago when I was on tour just to go out. It sounds lame but that is the team I really like.

"I'm an American League fan, and I go with the American League team, maybe with the exception of the Mets. Maybe that would be the one time I wouldn't because I'm loyal to New York."

"The Red Sox quickly. As threadbare as Boston pitching may have looked, no NL team saw the likes of it this year.

I would have said the Rockies easily if they did not have to take a week off. Sometimes when you're some magical mystery tour, you want just be playing the next day. I think once you have a week off maybe somebody is sitting at home: Did we just win 21 out of 22? It'll be tight and could go either way but I think it will be the Rockies four games to three. Maybe it's the Rockies year the way it was the Red Sox's time a couple of years ago.

"Boston's fought back and Colorado has had it so easy. So when you go into a situation like that, you would think, Colorado, something would catch up to them. If they lose one, how would adversity hit them? Boston has come back from adversity, so I think you'd have to tip the edge to Boston right now."

"I don't like neither team, but I have to say Boston. Colorado's hot, but they might have sat out too long. Boston just came out of a tough series and their pitching is tough. When it comes down to the big game, they seem to get it done. It's hard to pick against them."
