Mariners-Padres Series Likely to Move Due to Air Quality Issues
As the massive west coast wildfires continue, the upcoming Seattle Mariners-San Diego Padres series will likely be moved to San Diego.
According to the Athletics Ken Rosenthal, the air quality which also caused the Mariners- Giants came to be moved to San Francisco, is still unhealthy in Seattle.
Due to the ongoing fires, some cities in the region have some of the worst air quality in the world.
According to IQAir, Seattle's air quality is "unhealthy for sensitive groups," as of Thursday afternoon but throughout the last week, it has been labeled as "unhealthy."
The Seattle Mariners-San Diego Padres series is set to begin Friday night.
