UFC president Dana White told “Off the Record with Michael Landsberg” on TSN that former WWE superstar may fight welterweight Mickey Gall after the Canadian fights Michael Jackson at UFC 196 on Feb. 6 in Las Vegas.

If Gall wins his bout with Jackson, he will fight Punk. Jackson is not slated to fight Punk if he wins next month.

Rousey won’t fight at UFC 200?

“I'm bringing in Mickey Gall and he's going to fight a kid named Michael Jackson,” White said. “They're going to fight on the prelims on Feb. 6 on Fight Pass and if he wins that fight, Mickey Gall will fight CM Punk. CM Punk will be there at the fight to watch.”

Gall was featured on White's web show "Looking for a Fight." On the Parting Shot podcast, he estimated that his chances of fighting Punk were at near 90%.

Punk is looking to make his UFC debut at 37 and us training at Roufusport in Milwaukee, Wis. He signed a deal to join UFC in Dec. 2014.
