No. 77: Blake Bortles

What does a 24-year-old quarterback coming off a 35-touchdown breakout season do for an encore? Blake Bortles has no family, no major responsibilities outside of football. He spent his offseason hanging around Jacksonville, working out with the Jags young receivers. The Jags tried re-making their defense, signing Malik Jackson and drafting Jalen Ramsey and Myles Jack. But if they are to take the next step and produce their first winning season since 2007, Bortles and the Jags dynamic passing attack will lead the way. He’s the only Jag on this list.
