No. 25: Rex Ryan

To understand how important this season is to Rex Ryan, look to the man standing next to him on the sideline. After 20 years apart, fraternal twins Rex and Rob have joined forces in Buffalo to confront the greatest scrutiny of their coaching careers. Rex rejects the idea that he’s facing a postseason ultimatum in 2016—“Or what? I am going to be fired? I don’t think so,” he says—but he hears the rancor after last season’s 8-8 finish. Fueled by the legacy of their dad, Buddy, who passed away in July, Rex says, “We’re going for broke.”
