All the ideas a last-minute shopper needs, with presents in every price range including fan apparel, team items and NFL book recommendations
Football fans, the time has come. While you’ve been focusing on division races and fantasy playoffs, the rest of America has been busy knocking off items on their holiday to-do lists. With only a handful of shopping days left, now’s the time to get serious.
Over the past few weeks, The MMQB has rolled out three gift guides with a football focus and NFL fans of all ages in mind. Links to each one are below, along with some of our highlighted favorites. Let’s get to it.
The MMQB editor-in-chief Peter King is a book nerd and has found many kindred spirits around the NFL. This guide has recommendations—some on sports, many about life—from All Pro players (Andrew Luck loves this book), Hall of Famers (Ray Lewis recommended this to Baltimore bud Michael Phelps), Super Bowl-winning coaches (Pete Carroll gives this to his Seahawk players) and much more. Good list to get a quality stocking stuffer with a fun backstory.
After a brief hiatus, The MMQB shirt by Homage is back in stock and very available, as is the Peter King caricature. My other favorite picks include the 8-Bit Helmet Hoodie for men, the Full-Zip Puffer Vest for women and the Tassel Knit Hat for kids.
Saved the best for last, or at least the one featuring the most fun items. The new Madden game will be popular per usual, and I personally love flipping through all the fun plays Prinstant Replays has featured. Don’t sleep on the M&M dispenser or the playbook pint glasses, either.
The MMQB Football Lifestyle column is a curated list of links to what’s catching Dom’s eye off the field. The MMQB has affiliate deals with some of the brands featured and receives commission on certain purchases. Have an item for consideration? Share it.
