Valencia president Agustín Morera recognises that David Villa is attracting plenty of attention due to his great form at Euro 2008, but he's downplayed the prospect of a summer move.

The newly installed president is well aware that Villa is more in demand than ever, but he's focused on both the player's form and the achievements of others as reason to be cheerful.

"For Villa, we've received offers all season, but they're not just for him, but also for the other Valencia players," he said. "I think we should take about the other important players, but not about whether or not they're staying or going, but merely out of pride because they're playing great matches with the selección."

As for Villa's future, Morera would give away little.

"I think it's phenomenal that teams are yearning for Villa because he is an icon," he continued. "We should be proud that he's with Valencia -- we must enjoy it, and when we see interest in the newspapers from Barcelona, Madrid and everyone else, we must remember that he is ours.

"There is time to ponder things -- rushing is never good."
