NASCAR driver Jimmie Johnson had the ultimate "Man's Day" -- his term -- a few years back when he was on the sidelines for both the AFC and NFC championship games. (A bottle of Grey Goose also was involved.)

2. Ski the Alps

I've been skiing the Rockies in Colorado since I was 10 and I've made several trips to Canada, but I've never slid down the Swiss Alps. Specifically, I want to hit the Matterhorn, one of the most beautiful mountains anywhere.

3. Play St. Andrews

I'd love to hit the home of golf with a few of my buddies for several rounds. We've talked about doing this for years, but jobs and expanding families have always gotten in the way. To me, this is the ultimate guy trip.

4. Manchester United

Since I first learned about European soccer, I've dreamed of attending a Manchester United game at Old Trafford, the team's well-worn home stadium. It houses the most boisterous crowd in all of sport.

5. The Bengals

Call me crazy, but I'd go to Cincinnati and attend a Bengals home game at Paul Brown Stadium. The Bungles have been my favorite pro team since I was 5.

My Favorite: The Indy 500

Year in and year out, this is the most compelling race in the world.
