Friday Night Lights returns to NBC tonight for Season 4. It's already aired on DirecTV and I've seen it. Obviously, you guys know I think it's a top-notch show, but here's what others have to say. Entertainment Weeklygives the series an A. The New York Daily Newsgives the season four stars. Respected TV critic Alan Sepinwallsays, "Fans without DirecTV have to wait longer for each season, but having seen all 13 episodes already, I can assure you that the wait will be worth it." The Philadelphia Daily Newssays, "When I reviewed the DirecTV season premiere back in October, I'd seen one, maybe two, episodes of the new season. (Season 5, scheduled to be the show's last, reportedly begins filming this summer.) Now that I've seen all 13 (several more than once), I can at least tell those who didn't get to see it in its first run that this new-to-you season of Friday Night Lights is more than worth the wait."

Since I used the screengrab above, I figured I'd give you a chance to relive that classic match in which The Iron Sheik won the WWF title from Bob Backlund after Backlund's manager threw in the towel. Plus, it's nice to listen to Gorilla Monsoon every now and then.
