Tomorrow is the fifth anniversary of Twitter being introduced publicly. SI.com celebrates with this list of the top 100 sports personalities you should follow if you use the social media service. A few notes: 1) The list wasn't put together by one person; it was a staff compilation. 2) My only part in the project was nominating several athletes and a few media people. 3) Nobody from SI was on the list. 4) I'm begging you. PLEASE do not e-mail me asking why so-and-so did not make the list. This is the list of the people I follow, so chances are I'm following someone who didn't make the list. 5) Besides the Twitter 100, you can also check out how five prominent Tweeters use the service and 20 Tweets heard 'round the world.
