Sure, North Carolina pummeled Duke when the two teams met earlier this month, but the Blue Devils scored a much more important victory. Mike Krzyzewskitook the top spot in Esquire's list of best dressed coaches while Roy Williams (and his amazing blue checkered suit) was a bottom feeder. Though he wasn't on the final list, Hot Clicks sources say West Virginia coach Bob Huggins finished No. 174 (and is not happy about it, as this photo indicates).
