GENERAL NOTES

East plays West and Southeast plays Southwest in national semifinals.

Last four in: Georgia, USC, Clemson, Virginia Tech
Last four out: Alabama, VCU, UAB, Saint Mary's

New at-large teams in: USC, Clemson
At-large teams out: Alabama, VCU

Bids by conference: Big East (11); Big Ten (7); Big 12 (6); SEC and ACC (5), Pac-10 (4); Mountain West, Atlantic 10 (3); Colonial (2)

Notable moves:
*Florida moves up to a 2-seed. UConn claims a 3-seed after its Big East tournament title. The final bracket will need to account for the SEC and ACC finals and the possibility of Dayton stealing a bid in the A-10, as well as one final consideration of the bubble teams.

*Colorado and Penn State swapped seeds to avoid conference conflicts.
