Remember when San Antonio coach Gregg Popovich told a bunch of his players go home and take the night off before playing TNT game against the Heat in November? Well, a Florida lawyer is now suing the Spurs for violating Florida?s "deceptive and fair trade practices law." I'd tell you all the bad things I'd like to see happen to this guy, but then he might sue SI, so I have to move on.

Most people knew when ESPN issued that absurd apology for Brent Musburger last week that it came from ESPN and not Musburger. The legendary announcer confirmed that yesterday and basically gave the finger to his employees when he flat out said his comments were not inappropriate.
