In case you had any doubts about how important LSU football is in Baton Rouge, a group of trial lawyers have filed a continuance motion to make sure a case they are working on doesn't start on Jan. 7 because that's the day of the national title game. And in official court documents, they used their affiliation with TigerPimpNation as their reasoning.

We're not sure why more West Virginia fans didn't show up to last night's Fiesta Bowl pounding of Oklahoma, but it doesn't really matter anyway. Especially since two wealthy alums gave the school a $1,012,500 check to offset the roughly 7,500 tickets that remained from the school's 17,500 allotment.
This may be taking the fan thing a little too far.
