If you live in the Colorado area, I suggest following Rockies pitcher Jeremy Guthrie on Twitter because you never know what you'll get. While he often tweets about his love of boy bands, Justin Bieber and sneakers, this afternoon the hurler took to the social networking service to ask if anyone wanted to have a catch with him. And he wasn't kidding.

If you think brackets are a thing of the past because the NCAA tournament is over, you'd be wrong. Seattle's KJR-950 AM has just started its "The Dance" tournament to determine "the most beautiful celebrity woman." Not only that, if you register to fill out a bracket, you can win a trip to any sporting event in the world of your choosing. Anyway, English model Keeley Hazell won the Dance last year, so she's getting today's LLOD honors.
