Milwaukee radio station 106.9 FM recently changed formats from smooth jazz to something called "Tiger Radio." What is Tiger Radio, you ask? The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports that it's "the brand-new station for liars and cheaters." The paper also says, "few clues about what that means were on the station's retooled website, but songs played to start off the new incarnation included Hank Williams' Your Cheatin' Heart and Stevie Wonder's Part-Time Lover."
