Each NFL season it's always fun to see if the Bengals will be a bigger embarrassment on or off the field. You would think a 2-11 record would make this year a bigger embarrassment on the field, but after seeing the e-mail above, off the field might be pulling ahead. The Bengals were trying to take care of loyal season ticket holders by making them an offer they can't refuse: A FREE BOX OF POPCORN. This is on top of charging those loyal fans a $100 fee for reactivating their season ticket plan.
