The man above is Montana Tech football coach Bob Green, who retired this week after 24 years on the job. Several readers have asked that I acknowledge this by sharing Green's unique way with words ("That's a double-edged sword, ya know. It's kinda like watching your mother-in-law go off a cliff in a Cadillac. You got mixed feelings" and "I got a short memory. Just like when I was in the third grade. Two of the best years of my life.") You can see more of Green via this video compilation and this video compilation.
