Five high school football players in Florida have been charged with gang raping a fellow student near their high school, according to the Associated Press

Prosecutors declined to pursue charges against a sixth suspect who was arrested along with the other five.

Two of the players will be charged as adults and the other three as juveniles, according to the AP. The two being tried as adults each face one count of sexual battery with multiple perpetrators, which is a first-degree felony. The players attend Winter Springs High School in Winter Springs, Fl.

The players who were charged as juveniles have pleaded not guilty. Some of the suspects have told detectives that the sex was consensual, while others say they did not take part, according to the AP.

Investigators say that the 16-year-old girl who accused the players has part of the alleged attack on video, and that in the video she says "no" when asked to perform sex acts.

The accuser says the alleged rape occurred in November in a patch of woods near the high school.
