Judge George O’Toole has ordered Dzhokhar Tsarnaev to pay $101 million restitution for his terrorist attacks at the 2013 Boston Marathon, according to Milton Valencia of The Boston Globe.

O’Toole also denied his motion for a new trial.

Tsarnaev, 22, faces the death penalty after a jury found him guilty and later sentenced him to death last year. He was found guilty on 30 federal charges for his role in the attack.

Twin bombings near the finish line of the Boston Marathon left three people dead and more than 230 others injured.

Tsarnaev is being held at the federal Supermax prison in Colorado.
