So apparently Tom Brady and Gisele aren't engaged, well, yet anyway. I'm guessing it'll only be a matter of time at this point. He's going to need something to plan for if another surgery keeps him out of football for another year.

Sean "Diddy" Combs
Who would have ever thought Diddy would become an Orange Bowl storyline? He might not have been at the game, but he knocked Cincinnati out of its plush digs at the Fontainebleau as he was holding a $400/ticket party that featured a poolside performance by Maroon 5. After getting beaten by Virginia Tech, I'm sure most of the Bearcats wish they would have at least got to enjoy the party.

Lance Armstrong and girlfriend Anna Hansen are expecting their first child together in June. The seven-time Tour de France winner will not only be returning to race this year but it seems like he also is back in other ways. Armstrong had three children from his previous marriage with Kristin Richards, which were conceived using sperm Armstrong stockpiled prior to his cancer treatment. This time Armstrong and Hansen are expecting without the use of artificial fertilization.

If you're a professional car driver and attractive enough to be in the SI Swimsuit issue, you'd think you could talk your way out of speeding ticket, especially if you weren't going that fast. You know, you could play the whole "Sorry, just practicing for the big race" card or the "Sorry, I just got lost (while you smile and play with your hair)" card. Well, either way, none of that helped Danica Patrick as she was caught speeding for the second time in 2008 in Scottsdale, Ariz.

So what if you've won two Super Bowls, were one win away from the Super Bowl three years ago and one win away from an AFC West championship and a home playoff game last week? In the immortal words of Donald Trump, "You're fired!"

USC Football Players
Apparently, being a USC football player doesn't require much knowledge outside of what's in your playbook. After the Trojans devoured pounds of free prime rib and creamed corn at the annual Lawry's Beef Bowl, TMZ cameras caught up with several of them and asked them what they thought of Vice President-elect Joe Biden. Amazingly, most had never heard of Barack Obama's running mate. The best response came from All-American defensive tackle Fili Moala (left), who said, "Who? Who's that?" When told that Biden was the next VP, Moala replied, "Of what? Lawry's?"

Say what you will about the Lions but it takes a special team to go 0-16, something that's never been done in NFL history. If you're going to be bad, you might as well be the worst ever.

It's one thing to be partying until the wee hours of the morning with Jaleel "Urkel" White and Michael Strahan in Scottsdale, but it's another to get arrested on suspicion of drunk and driving and saying that you were in search of a certain sexual act as your excuse for driving under the influence.

The Roger Clemens Institute for Sports Medicine is dropping the star pitcher's tarnished name. Although Clemens donated $3 million for a pediatric wing, the hospital is changing its name to "Memorial Hermann Sports Medicine Institute", in order to "better reflect its commitment to all sports and athletes." Clemens denies using performance-enhancing drugs and according to hospital reps he "remains committed to working with us to champion youth sports and develop aspiring baseball players." Yes, just as long as he stays away and keeps his name off the building.

Khloe Kardashian & Rashad McCants
We all know about Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush but it seems that now Khloe Kardashian is dating an athlete as well. The youngest Kardashian is apparently hooking up with Timberwolves guard Rashad McCants after Bush played matchmaker last fall. The only question now is what athlete will be lucky enough to nab Kourtney, the last and hottest Kardashian.
