Odom and Kardashian, who met about a month ago, are reportedly getting married this Sunday. Most of Odom's Lakers teammates are expected to attend. At least Kim and Kourtney should be coming to more Lakers games next season.

Not sure if you heard, but apparently the Cowboys have a new stadium and, according to NBC, it's supposedly on par with the Pyramids, the Parthenon, the Great Wall of China, the Taj Mahal and the Roman Colosseum. Anyway, the best part of the stadium is that those highly publicized $29 party passes -- which are supposed to prove that the stadium is affordable to everyone -- don't guarantee you a spot inside the stadium. Thousands of angry fans found that out on Sunday night. What? You thought your ticket would get into the stadium? Sorry, welcome to Jerry's World.

It would be easy to say that the Cowboys can't blame Simpson for their loss to the Giants. After all, Tony Romo, who threw three interceptions in the Sunday-night game, broke up with Simpson before the season. Before the game began, however, Simpson wrote on her Twitter page: "First home game of the season in the new stadium...GO COWBOYS!!!!!!!!" Yes, the curse of Jessica lives on through Twitter. Long live Twitter.

Normally nobody would be too interested in the whereabouts of a reserve receiver who was cut by his team midweek. But when that receiver is married to Kendra, it's a big deal. In a story covered far more by the likes of People magazine and US Weekly than anyone in sports, the Colts signed Baskett after he was dumped by the Eagles. At least the Colts now have their own blonde scapegoat in the stands if things go badly this season.

Not only did "Money" Mayweather dominate Juan Manuel Marquez after a two-year layoff, but he finally dismissed the popular notion in some circles that drinking your own pee makes you a better fighter.

King James will make his feature-film debut next year when he plays himself and stars in Fantasy Basketball Camp, a Universal Pictures comedy. James should do just fine as long as he doesn't get any acting tips from new teammate Shaquille O'Neal.

At least one company looking for an athlete endorser couldn't care less about Serena's behavior during one of the more notable meltdowns in tennis history. Days after her highly publicized outburst at the U.S. Open, Serena landed a deal with Tampax.

After watching his alma mater flop in a season-opening loss at Boise State, an Oregon season-ticket holder wrote the team's head coach, Kelly, and included a business invoice for a refund for his airfare to Boise. Instead of laughing it off, Kelly reportedly sent the fan a personal check that covered the trip. In a related story, Pete Carroll can expect a stack of business invoices from USC fans this week.

There might not be a fitter man on the planet than Walker, but we can't help but cringe at the news that the 47-year-old former running back has signed a multifight deal with Strikeforce to step into the cage as a heavyweight MMA fighter next year. As long as he fights only the likes of Jose Canseco, he should be just fine.

Yes, she is hot. There's no denying that. Just look at the picture on the left. It's OK, we'll wait ... Now, there's a big difference between looking at that picture and sitting through a horrendous movie like Jessica's Body, which flopped at the box office and doused talk of Fox ever being a leading lady. That's OK, we can still admire her pictures.
