The Los Angeles Lakers and Phil Jackson reportedly met on Saturday to discuss the possibility of the legendary coach's return to the bench in the wake of Mike Brown's firing after a 1-4 start on Friday.

Lakers fans wasted no time letting the world know their preference. During the third quarter of Friday night's 101-77 win over the Warriors, the Staples Center crowd started chanting "We want Phil" in unison.

Assistant coach Bernie Bickerstaff is currently serving as interim coach after Brown's abrupt departure.
