Bulls' Joakim Noah grabs 5,000th career rebound in victory

Chicago Bulls center Joakim Noah grabbed his 5,000th career rebound on Thursday night against the Oklahoma City Thunder

Noah entered Thursday night with 4,989 career rebounds and grabbed 12 against the Thunder. He becomes just the sixth player in Bulls history to reach the 5,000-rebound mark.

The 30-year-old Noah is in his eighth NBA season, all of which have been with Chicago. He was drafted by the Bulls in the first round in 2007.

Noah is averaging 7.9 points, 10.1 rebounds and 1.3 blocks this season.

The Bulls won the game 108-105 to improve to 39-23. Oklahoma City fell to 34-28.
