Kaiser Permanente, the nation's largest integrated health system, is the NBA's official health care partner.
Hall of Famers Bob Lanier and Dikembe Mutombo, former NBA players Shane Battier and Steve Smith and WNBA stars Tamika Catchings and Swin Cash also will take part.
The forum comes near the conclusion of NBA FIT week, which features programs and events encouraging active and healthy lifestyles.
